The present continuous passive
1.构成：be + being done
2.识别：
a. 主语是动作的承受者且动作正在发生（常有now，at present等标志词）或持续，意为“某人或某事正在被……”
It is reported that many a new house is being built at present in the disaster area. 据报道，现在灾区有很多新房子正在被建造。
A new railway station is being built. 一个新火车站正在建设中。
b. 一种习惯的被动行为，常与always，constantly等频度副词连用，常有赞赏或讨厌等感情色彩
I feel very surprised that the window of our classroom is frequently being broken. 我感到非常吃惊的是我们教室的那扇窗户经常被打破。
c. 与某些情态动词连用，表示对正在发生动作的推测
The old man may be being watched over by a volunteer at the very moment. 这位老人此刻可能正在被一位义工照料。
3.特殊用法：
a. 少数及物动词的被动语态可用于现在进行表将来
A popular song is being sung next. 下面将唱一首流行歌曲。
A concert is being held tonight. 今晚将要举行一场音乐会。
b. 一些表示状态、心理活动、拥有、存在等的动词，如have，want，need，love，realize等，一般不用于进行时
Mary, come here. You're wanted on the phone. 过来玛丽，电话有人找。
With the population increasing, more land is needed. 随着人口的增长，需要更多的土地。
The actor is still loved by many young people. 那个演员仍然很受年轻人喜爱。
c. 少数动词用于进行时态，用主动形式表示被动含义，如print，cook，fry，hang，build，make等
These magazines are printing. 这些杂志正在印刷中。
The beef is cooking. 牛肉正在煮。
